Join British pianist Beatrice Nicholas for a night where classical meets swing. BEATRICE jumps effortlessly from Beethoven to boogie, giving Chopin and Liszt a swinging, jazz-infused twist in a celebration of 1930s African American women composers and Artists—Hazel Scott, Lil Hardin Armstrong, Florence Price, and Margaret Bonds. She is joined by Matthew Home on drums and Matyas Hofecker on bass for a night of bold jazz rhythms combined with sublime classical music.
