BEATRICE THE AMAZING ASTRONAUT

Beatrice The Amazing Astronaut is a family concert for children aged 3-11 years and their parents. Beatrice performs virtuosic piano music, singing, dancing, & poetry to take children on a creative journey through outer space.

‘BLACK AND CLASSICAL’ FOR SCHOOLS

 

A concert of classical music composed by Black women, for 7-11 year olds. 

Pupils have the opportunity to  participate and co-perform with Beatrice, immersing themselves in classical works interwoven with Negro spirituals and jazz influences.

Black and Classical for Schools has reached 1600 school children in Enfield, Wandsworth, Kent and Croydon.

SATIRE SATIE WORKSHOP

 

The Satire Satie workshop engages teenagers through live music, team activities and crazy facts.

For example:

’Did you know Satie wore only grey velvet corduroy suits for ten years? And once ate 150 oysters in one sitting!’

The Satie workshop takes teens through a journey of Minimalism, Dadaism, European history and the life of music’s greatest eccentric.
